Personal security systems and related services

Summary

The tender concerns personal security systems for service properties owned and managed by the City of Helsinki, together with related design, installation, dismantling, maintenance, servicing and user training services. The supplier must also provide a 24/7 on-call service covering maintenance and repair of the systems and related upkeep tasks. The procurement will be implemented as a framework agreement in two lots, with up to five suppliers selected for each lot. The award criterion is the best price-quality ratio.
