Summary

The tender concerns the supply of broadband internet connections for residential use, common areas and building automation, as well as cable TV connections and services for residents and common areas. The contract also includes As Oy Kajaanin Sammonkaaren Pietari, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietari. The supplier must offer the whole package; partial, alternative and parallel tenders are not accepted. The services are procured for a fixed four-year contract period, after which the contract continues indefinitely.
