Debt counselling services for (former) entrepreneurs

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with one to a maximum of three contractors for carrying out specific tasks in the debt counselling process for (former) entrepreneurs within the participating municipalities. The work includes verifying and establishing the total debt position, carrying out the notification, verification and remediation phases of an amicable debt settlement process, supporting a possible WSNP application if needed, coordinating progress and bottlenecks with the ZLF, and providing structured, transparent reporting on lead times, numbers and results. The estimated annual value is about EUR 500,000 excluding VAT, the initial term is four years, and the agreement may be extended once by three years, for a maximum total term of seven years. The total estimated contract value is about EUR 3,500,000 excluding VAT.
