Summary
The tender concerns medicines. Amgros I/S seeks to conclude framework agreements for the medicines listed in the individual lots in order to supply the hospital pharmacies of the participating regions, with possible resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The framework agreements are non-exclusive and there is no purchase obligation; the regional hospital pharmacies are not obliged to use Amgros’ framework agreements.
