Cyber Security Awareness Services

Summary

The tender concerns cyber security awareness services for the HSE, split into two lots: Lot 1 covers simulated email phishing services and custom cybersecurity training and awareness training; Lot 2 covers simulated SMS (smishing) and voice (vishing) campaigns. The services are intended to help prepare HSE staff and contractors for current and emerging cybersecurity threats. Existing phishing exercises and awareness training are already in place and are part of the required scope, and the tender also adds SMS and voice simulation services that are not currently in place.
