Maintenance of building installations

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance of building installations for the municipality, including planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance such as fault repair, modifications, replacements, inspections and checks. The contract is divided into several lots covering multiple buildings and their technical installations. The maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 2,500,000 excluding VAT for the full term, including possible extensions, across all lots together.
