Automic services framework agreement for the Enterprise Services business area

Summary

The tender concerns services for operating and developing Automic process automation solutions in the Enterprise Services business area. The contractor must support the contracting authority in both system operation and the implementation of business and technical requirements. The work covers three roles: Automic Supporter, Automic Development Engineer and Automic Operation Engineer. The services are to be delivered approximately 80% remotely and 20% on site in Hanover or Munich.
