Framework agreement for building automation works 2027–2028

Summary

The tender concerns repair, renewal and construction works for building automation systems in buildings and properties maintained by the City of Helsinki, as well as a framework agreement for their maintenance and fault-repair services. The procurement is divided into 8 lots by system: DEOS, Drive, Fidelix, Trend, Honeywell, Ouman, Schneider and Siemens. The bidder should note that the detailed scope of work is set out in the service description and that contracts will be concluded with 1–2 suitable suppliers per lot.
