Electricity supply

Summary

The tender concerns the physical procurement and open supply of electricity to the wellbeing services counties of Kanta-Häme and Pirkanmaa and to Tuomi Logistiikka Oy. The winner must also handle electricity portfolio management, price hedging, development of the energy procurement strategy, reporting and the procurement of guarantees of origin. The supply covers all electricity consumption at the connected sites, and the contract may be adjusted by adding or removing consumption points as they change. The contract starts after signature, physical supply begins on 1 January 2028, and the main contract period ends on 31 December 2031; two one-year option periods are possible.
