Repair works in selected institutions of Jēkabpils Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns repair works in several institutions of Jēkabpils Municipality. The contract is divided into 2 lots: renewal of the roof covering for the Kūku parish administration building and floor repair works in the Vīpe community house. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots, but no bidder can be awarded more than 2 lots. Offers must be submitted electronically only through the EIS system. Price is the only award criterion. No bid security is required. The bid must include a financial offer, application, qualification evidence, a joint-bid agreement if applicable, proof of representation rights, a technical offer and, where relevant, a subcontractor list. The bidder must also take into account the exclusion grounds check and the qualification and experience evidence required by the tender documents.
