Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes mandatory exclusion grounds such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and related self-cleaning options. The bidder must confirm these grounds and, where applicable, provide the requested dates, explanations and evidence. Precise exclusion details should be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must use a quality assurance measure during contract performance: a valid ISO/IEC 27001 certificate covering IT service management, DevOps, cloud environment management, software development or information system management services, or an E-ITS conformity assessment result (AKI decision) proving compliance with information security requirements in the provision of support services. The bidder must submit a description of the quality assurance measures or evidence of the certificate or conformity assessment decision. In addition, the bidder must provide the project team composition and requirements on the contracting authority’s form Annex 5 and a copy of the education certificate. By submitting the experience form, the bidder confirms that each team member has consented to being named as a team member and will participate in performing the contract. The machine-readable notice did not include precise other selection or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
