Compliance requirements
The tender documents include mandatory exclusion grounds. The bidder must confirm that neither the company nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, nor persons authorised to represent, decide for or control the company, have been finally convicted within the last five years for offences such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other listed grounds. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may be able to provide evidence of self-cleaning, where allowed by law or the tender documents. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must demonstrate financial and technical capacity. The total annual turnover for the last completed financial year within the last three years before the start of the procurement must be at least EUR 1,000,000 per year. If turnover data are not available for the full required period, the date when the company was established or started trading must be provided.
Experience requirement: within the last 60 months before publication of the contract notice, the bidder must have performed at least one contract for setting up a permanent exhibition with an area of at least 1,000 m2, including the supply and installation of custom exhibition furniture for a museum and/or visitor centre. The bidder must provide the subject matter of the contract, value, date and information about the other contracting party.
For bid compliance, the bidder must submit the completed pricing table on the contracting authority’s form and confirm that the bid complies with the procurement documents. If equivalent solutions are used, the bidder must explain them and attach evidence of equivalence. In the case of a joint bid, an authorised representative must be appointed and a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached. The bidder must also confirm that the bid is not conditional.
