Compliance requirements
The tender documents include standard exclusion grounds based on final convictions, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and terrorist offences. The bidder or its management/representation bodies must confirm these grounds and, where applicable, provide self-cleaning information. The machine-readable notice did not include the full precise list, so the official tender documents must be checked.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

If the bidder relies on the resources of another undertaking, that undertaking’s consent must be submitted. If subcontractors are used, their details must be provided no later than when contract performance starts. The machine-readable notice did not include all precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the official tender documents.
