Design of the Maneeži Street tram track
Summary
The tender concerns the design of the Maneeži Street tram track. The bidder must provide at least one reference contract showing that, within the last 60 months before the start of the procurement, it completed a similar assignment: design of a rail track, including a tram track or railway, at detailed design level. The reference project must have been completed, handed over to the client and accepted by the client within that 60-month period. The bidder must also have a design project manager with at least a certified road engineer or equivalent EQF qualification, level 7 or higher, in the field of design management. The same person may also act as the person responsible for the design works if both role requirements are met. The person responsible for the design works must have at least a certified road engineer or equivalent EQF qualification, level 7 or higher, in the field of road construction design. The same person may also act as the design project manager if both role requirements are met. The bidder must submit the legal representative’s or authorised representative’s details as required for submitting the bid. In a joint bid, a joint representative must be appointed and each participant’s share and role in the contract must be described. If the bidder relies on another entity’s resources, it must submit that entity’s consent, its details, and confirmation that the entity has no exclusion grounds and meets the qualification criteria relied on. The bid must comply with the tender documents, and any equivalence must be explained and supported by evidence where needed. The bid price must be submitted in the required structure. If the bid contains trade secrets, they must be briefly described and justified; the bid price and other numerical bid characteristics used for evaluation may not be marked as trade secrets.
