Compliance requirements
The bidder may be excluded if it comes from a third country. In this notice, third countries are countries that are not EU Member States, EEA Agreement States, WTO GPA parties, or countries with which the European Union has not concluded a reciprocal free trade agreement covering public procurement. The notice does not provide any other precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the official tender documents.
