Purchase of a synthetic fibre opening and blending line

The machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the tender documents. The notice only indicates that the bidder must confirm the offer is not subject to an international sanctions object and does not originate from sanctioned areas.

The bidder’s net turnover for each of the last three financial years ended by the start date of this procurement must be at least EUR 500,000 per year. In addition, the bidder must have completed at least 1 order for a synthetic fibre opening and blending line similar to the subject of the procurement within the last 36 months. The bidder must submit this information and confirmation on Form 1. If the bid is submitted as a joint tender, an authorised representative must be named and a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached. The bid must comply with the tender documents, the offered equipment must be new, and where necessary equivalence must be explained and supporting evidence provided.
