Heat exchangers

The exclusion grounds relate to bidders from third countries and tax debts. The bidder must state the country of registration and confirm that it has no tax debts. A bidder established outside Estonia must provide documents proving the absence of tax debts if requested by the contracting authority. Bidders from third countries are excluded from the procedure.

The bidder’s annual turnover must be at least EUR 800,000 in each of the three financial years preceding the start of the tender. A bidder established outside Estonia may prove this with signed annual reports or other equivalent documents. The bidder must provide turnover figures for each required year.
