Compliance requirements

The tender documents list the mandatory exclusion grounds. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The selection criteria relate to both economic and technical capacity. The bidder’s average annual net turnover for the last financial years ended by the start date of the last three procurement procedures must be at least EUR 200,000 for the period 01/01/2023–31/12/2025.
