Preparation of the construction design for the reconstruction of Väike-Ameerika Street and Luha Street

The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds. The bidder must prove previous experience: within the last 36 months, at least 2 contracts for designing urban streets, with each designed street being at least 300 m long and the work covering the carriageway, utility networks and street lighting. The person responsible for managing the design work, i.e. the project manager, must hold at least the qualification of a certified road engineer or an equivalent EQF level 7 qualification (excluding initial qualification) in the field of design management. The bidder must provide the person’s details and, on request, documents proving the qualification. The bid must comply with the tender documents, including proper completion of Appendix 2, the bid price form, without any blank lines. If the bidder relies on equivalence, it must explain it and attach evidence.
