Preparation of the vision for the light traffic route network in the Raadi, Vahi and Kõrveküla area

The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may, where allowed, provide evidence of self-cleaning measures. The bidder must have performed at least one contract similar to the subject of the procurement within the last 60 months. The bidder must submit a description of the contract, the client’s contact details, the period of performance and the contract value. The contracting authority may request a confirmation from the client that the work was performed in accordance with the contract; this does not need to be submitted if the client is Tartu Vallavalitsus. The bid must also comply with the compliance requirements set out in the procurement documents, including the confirmation that subcontractors and suppliers from the Russian Federation, Russian residents or entities established in the Russian Federation, or persons controlled by them, are not involved for more than 10% of the contract value.
