Compliance requirements

The tender documents include mandatory exclusion grounds. A bidder must confirm that neither the company nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, nor persons authorised to represent, decide for or control the company, have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or related offences, or that any exclusion period stated in the judgment has expired. The bidder must be registered in the commercial register of its country of establishment. If requested by the contracting authority, proof of registration must be provided. In the case of a joint bid, an authorised representative must be appointed and a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be submitted. The bid must be submitted on the forms set out in the tender documents and must remain valid for at least 3 months. The bid must comply with all conditions set out in the procurement documents and must be unconditional. The bid price must be presented in the required structure, and additional information about the offered goods must be provided if needed to verify compliance with the technical specification.
