Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least one contract for similar services within the last 36 months before the start of the procurement. A similar contract means a contract that covered all monitoring activities named in the technical specification at the same time. The bidder must provide the contract scope, value, dates and details of the other contracting party; for a public contract, also the procurement reference number.
At the time of contract performance, the bidder must hold accreditation under EVS-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 or an equivalent recognised standard for at least the monitoring activities named in the technical specification.
