Compliance requirements

The bidder must have successfully completed three battery storage stations within the last 12 months, each with a capacity of at least 500 kW / 1000 kWh.
The bidder must have the required professional qualifications: electrical works – level 6 / B competence, and construction works or infrastructure construction – level 7.
The bidder must confirm that the proposed battery technology manufacturer is a Tier 1 BESS supplier according to the BloombergNEF Energy Storage Tier 1 list Q4 2025 classification and that the technology manufacturer is responsible for the entire technology solution. A confirmation from the technology supplier must be submitted.
To verify bid compliance, the bidder must also submit the bid price form, the technical description and equipment data sheets, and, where relevant, explanations and evidence of equivalence. If any precise requirement is missing from the input, it must be checked in the tender documents.
