Compliance requirements
The notice includes standard exclusion grounds such as participation in a criminal organisation and corruption. The bidder must also confirm the usual declarations about self-cleaning, electronic availability of evidence, and related conviction details if applicable. The machine-readable notice does not provide the full list of exclusion grounds in the excerpt shown, so the exact grounds must be checked in the official tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least 2 properly performed rental service contracts for similar or equivalent container or container-solution services within the 36 months before the publication of the contract notice. Contracts related to the sale, rental and/or construction of containers or container solutions may also be taken into account if they are substantially equivalent to the subject matter of the procurement. For the completed contracts, the bidder must provide a description, total amount, scope of responsibility, period of performance, the client’s name, and the client contact person’s name, email and phone number. The contracting authority may also require a written confirmation from the other contract party that the contracts were performed properly. The tender must comply with the conditions set out in the tender documents, and the tender price must be submitted according to the prescribed structure. If equivalence is relied on, the relevant evidence must be provided. In the case of a joint tender, an authorised representative must be appointed. If the bidder uses subcontractors or suppliers, it must confirm compliance with the sanctions-related restrictions and replacement requirements in the tender documents.
