Loading platform purchase
Summary
The tender concerns the purchase of a loading platform. The bidder must meet a minimum annual net turnover requirement of EUR 300,000 for each of the last three completed financial years and must have completed at least one order for a loading platform or lifting mechanism similar to the contract object. The bid must comply with the tender documents, be submitted in the required structure, and, where necessary, include explanations and evidence of equivalence. In a joint bid, an authorised representative must be appointed. The bidder must also confirm that the goods are not subject to international sanctions.

The bidder’s annual net turnover for each of the last three financial years completed by the start of this procurement must be at least EUR 300,000. In addition, the bidder must have completed at least one order for a loading platform or lifting mechanism similar to the contract object. The relevant information and confirmation must be submitted on Form 1. If the bid is a joint bid, the joint bidders must appoint an authorised representative from among themselves. The bid must be submitted in the structure required by the tender documents, and where necessary explanations and evidence of equivalence must be included. Any references in the tender documents to standards, trademarks or other technical characteristics must be understood as “or equivalent” requirements.
