Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation participation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and related final convictions. The bidder may need to confirm that none of these grounds apply and, where allowed, that self-cleaning measures have been taken. The exact exclusion details and any recovery/self-cleaning conditions must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have performed at least 2 similar supply contracts within the last 36 months, each worth at least EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. A similar contract means the supply and installation of furniture for educational institutions. The bidder must provide the object, contract value, signing dates, a short description of the delivered items and performed work, and the contracting authority’s contact details; for public procurement contracts, also the reference number. The contracts must have been performed properly, and the contracting authority may request confirmation from the other party. The bid must be submitted in the structure required by the procurement documents, including Form 1 for the bid price submission, product descriptions and image material or a link to the product website. The bid must comply with all requirements set out in the tender documents, and where necessary equivalence must be explained and supporting evidence attached. The person submitting the bid must have the right to represent the bidder, and in the case of a joint bid, a power of attorney must be provided if required.
