The tender documents include mandatory exclusion grounds. The bid must include a technical proposal with the device name, model and actual values of all technical parameters, the manufacturer’s information material and the price breakdown table. The team must include at least one medical technology maintenance engineer who has received manufacturer training for servicing and repairing the offered devices and who has at least 2 years of maintenance experience with comparable devices in Estonia.
