Cable chains

The machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds. They must be checked in the official tender documents.

The bidder must be entered in the Commercial Register or the equivalent register in its country of establishment. For bidders registered in Estonia, the contracting authority checks the registration itself from a public database; bidders registered outside Estonia must submit a certificate from the competent authority in their country of establishment. The bidder must be the manufacturer of the goods offered in the bid, the manufacturer’s official representative or an authorised reseller. This must be proven with a free-form written confirmation issued by the equipment manufacturer. To demonstrate technical and professional capability, the bidder must, before the date of publication of the contract notice, have supplied and properly installed at least one long-travel cable chain solution longer than 150 metres and intended for outdoor marine use. Annex 2 must be submitted as evidence. For bid compliance, the bidder must confirm that the bid complies with the requirements set out in the tender documents and, where necessary, explain equivalence and attach supporting evidence. Annex 1 and Annex 5 must also be completed and submitted. Conditional bids are not allowed.
