Slicer with packaging unit
Summary
The tender concerns the purchase of a slicer with a packaging unit. The bidder must be registered, be the manufacturer of the equipment or the manufacturer’s official representative or authorised reseller, and prove prior supply and installation of at least one similar or more complex slicer with a packaging unit. The bid must be unconditional and submitted together with the required annexes.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must be entered in the Commercial Register or the equivalent register in its country of establishment. For bidders registered in Estonia, the contracting authority will check the registration itself from a public database; bidders registered outside Estonia must submit a certificate from the competent authority in their country of establishment. The bidder must be the manufacturer of the equipment offered in the bid, the manufacturer’s official representative or an authorised reseller, and must provide a written confirmation from the manufacturer in free form. The bidder must, before the date of publication of the contract notice, have supplied and properly installed at least one slicer with a packaging unit that is similar to or more complex than the offered equipment in terms of technical complexity. In addition, Annex 1, Annex 2 and Annex 4 must be completed and submitted, and the bid must follow the structure set out in the tender documents.
