Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and the other mandatory grounds listed in the tender documents. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must show a net turnover of at least EUR 400,000 in each of the last three completed financial years. During the last 36 months, the bidder must have completed at least 1 similar sales and installation contract worth more than EUR 100,000; similar contracts are defined as the manufacture or sale/rental/leasing of laboratory, medical or specialist medical furnishings together with installation. A list of contracts must be provided, including the contracting parties, contact details, subject matter, value and contract period, and for contracts awarded through public procurement, also the procurement reference number. The offer must comply with all requirements set out in the procurement documents and must include forms 2, 3, 8 and Annex 1.1. The furniture must carry a warranty of at least 5 years, spare parts or equivalent components must be available for at least 5 years after handover, and contact details for spare parts and replacement deliveries must be provided at handover. The bidder must also provide dismantling and repair instructions, a REACH candidate substances declaration, and documents proving the legality of the wood origin or equivalent evidence.
