The bidder must not have the exclusion grounds listed in Section 95(1) of the Public Procurement Act. The bidder must confirm that no such exclusion grounds apply. For the successful bidder, the contracting authority will rely on the bidder’s own confirmation when checking exclusion grounds.

Fast availability of spare parts for the device must also be ensured.
