Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that it has no exclusion grounds, including no tax, fee or environmental charge arrears under tax administration rules and no tax or social security contribution arrears under the law of its country of establishment. The machine-readable notice did not include any more detailed exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have, during the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement, at least two properly performed sales contracts for chemicals similar to the subject of the contract. At least one of those contracts must have had a value of at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must submit a list of the contracts showing the performance period, the details of the other contracting party, including the client representative’s contact details, and, in the case of public procurements, the reference numbers. The bid must be submitted in the required structure, include the hydrochloric acid unit price to two decimal places, and include Form I, a copy of the product certificate and a copy of the safety data sheet.
