Preparation of the reconstruction design for Peedu bridge

The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, nor persons with representation rights, have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, offences related to terrorist acts or terrorist activities, money laundering or terrorist financing, or any other exclusion grounds listed in the ESPD. If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The bidder must be registered in the business register of its country of establishment. The contracting authority may require a document proving the registration. The design works project manager must be authorised to design roads under the laws of their country of residence. If the responsible person does not reside in Estonia and does not hold at least the level 7 certified road engineer qualification in the road construction and maintenance specialisation, a copy of the operating licence issued in their country of residence or other proof of the right to design roads must be provided. The bridge designer must be authorised to design bridges under the laws of their country of residence. The bidder must also submit Form 1, the application for participation in the procurement procedure. In addition, the project manager and designer must be named and information proving their qualifications and experience must be provided. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
