Construction of a reinforced concrete slab at the Väätsa Waste Management Centre

The buyer will exclude a bidder if the bidder has tax, fee or environmental charge arrears under the Taxation Act, or tax or social security contribution arrears under the law of the bidder’s country of establishment. The buyer will also exclude a bidder if the company or a member of its administrative, management or supervisory body is subject to an international sanction. The bidder must confirm that none of these exclusion grounds apply.

The bidder’s net turnover for each of the last two completed financial years, 2024 and 2025, must have been at least EUR 100,000 separately in each year. The bidder must also have constructed at least three similar concrete slabs during the 12 months before the start of the procurement. Evidence of this experience must be submitted on the form in Annex 3. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise qualification or suitability requirements; the rest must be checked in the tender documents.
