Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences linked to terrorist activity, money laundering, child labour or human trafficking, or for any other exclusion ground. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. No additional precise exclusion grounds were included in the machine-readable notice beyond the general criminal grounds; they must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must confirm compliance with the tender documents and provide the manufacturer’s technical description or documentation so that compliance can be assessed. If the bid is submitted jointly, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached. The bidder must also submit a detailed price breakdown in the required structure and separately state the cost of additional features. The supplied goods must come with at least a 12-month warranty, and warranty work must be carried out at the bidder’s expense. No precise qualification or suitability requirements were included in the machine-readable notice; they must be checked in the tender documents.
