Compliance requirements

The bidder must ensure that the offered equipment fits the client’s existing paint line, including the dimensions of the transport-system rail, the floor height and the space shown in the drawing. The bidder’s sales revenue for the last 3 financial years completed by the start of the procurement must be at least EUR 1,500,000 per year. Revenue must be submitted in the registry form; if the bidder is not an Estonian company, it must be ready to provide a copy of the annual financial statement.
The bidder must have completed at least one order for a closed three-stage metal-surface washing chamber in Estonia within the last 36 months and must submit references.
The bidder must ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables for at least 5 years after delivery.
The bidder must have a service team or service engineers available in Estonia, and the response time to an inquiry must not exceed 24 hours.
