Purchase and installation of a tube and profile laser cutting machine

The bidder must confirm that there are no tax arrears and no insolvency proceedings against it. The contracting authority checks these grounds in public registers, and a foreign bidder must provide the relevant information on request.

The bidder’s annual turnover must be at least EUR 300,000 per year in the financial years 2022–2024. If the bidder is not an Estonian company, it must be ready to provide a signed copy of its annual accounts or similar documents to confirm this. The bidder must also have experience from at least 2 similar CNC-controlled tube laser cutting machine deliveries, installations and commissioning assignments within the 36 months before publication of the tender; the laser power of each delivered machine must have been at least 6 kW. The bidder must describe the experience by stating the project name, description of the work, main technical data of the equipment and the time. To verify compliance, the bidder must submit the technical description, manufacturer data, software presentation, certificates and conformity documents, delivery schedule, and warranty terms and service times. The machine-readable notice did not include precise requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
