Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither it nor members of its management or supervisory bodies have, within the last five years, been finally convicted of participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or offences related to committing a terrorist act or terrorist activity. The same applies to any other exclusion grounds named in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is allowed.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must offer a database server that meets the technical requirements set out in Annex 1. The server will be used as a Microsoft SQL Server database server. The bid must be submitted using the forms required in the tender documents, and the bidder must confirm that the bid complies with all conditions in the procurement documents. If the bid is signed by a person whose authority does not appear in the register, a power of attorney must be provided.
