Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking. The bidder may have to provide details of convictions, dates, reasons and self-cleaning measures if applicable. The notice also requires confirmation that no subcontractor or supplier involved in more than 10% of the contract value is a Russian-linked person or entity, and that no subcontractor subject to replacement under the Public Procurement Act will be used. The bidder must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas.
