The tenderer must confirm that neither the tenderer nor its management body members have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences related to terrorist activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. If such a ground exists, the tenderer may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The tender must comply with all conditions set out in the procurement documents, and conditional tenders are not allowed. The tender price must be submitted in the structure required on the worksheet titled “Award criteria and evaluated indicators”. When drying grain and beans, the moisture content after drying must be no higher than 13.5%, and the grain and beans must not be scorched.
