Summary

The tender concerns the end-to-end design and development of e-learning content. The contractor must compile topic material, develop storyboards and create the final content, and if necessary upload it to the learning platform. The content may include quick guides, infographics, simulations, videos and quizzes. This is a framework contract, not a brokerage service for existing training courses or off-the-shelf catalogue courses.
