B-category driving instruction

Summary

The tender concerns B-category driving instruction for logistics and forestry students. The procurement is divided into three lots: Mikkeli, Pieksämäki and Savonlinna. A framework agreement will be established for each lot; for lot 1, Mikkeli, two suppliers will be selected in priority order. A bidder may submit an offer for more than one lot.
