Summary
The tender concerns the procurement of a cloud-based time management and time tracking system. The solution must support mobile use, allow users to carry out self-service actions, and synchronise data across connected devices automatically and in real time. The supplier’s role is to provide the system and expert services; it does not have to operate the customer’s time-tracking services on the customer’s behalf. The procurement covers user rights to a SaaS solution, the implementation project, training, support, maintenance, and customer-specific development and integration work. The contract will first run for two years and then continue for an indefinite period.
