Summary

The tender concerns a SaaS-based HR system that will serve as the organisation’s primary source of personnel data and support the full employment lifecycle from hiring to termination. The system must be process-oriented, with data entered once, structured and up to date, and used consistently in HR processes, line management, reporting and payroll administration. Careeria must have extensive administrator rights to manage the system, create new content and maintain it. The system must also be able to integrate with payroll systems commonly used on the market, because Careeria will later procure a payroll system as well. The detailed scope is described in Appendix 1 of the tender request.
