Summary

The tender concerns a cooperation platform provided as a SaaS service. The service will be used by THL staff and representatives of partner organisations. The tender must meet all minimum requirements in Annex 2 in order to be included in the tender comparison. Up to 30 quality points can also be awarded during evaluation. The contract will be concluded with one supplier for two years, and the contracting authority may extend it by up to two option periods of one year each.
