Development of a management platform for mission-critical infrastructure integrations

The bidder must not have tax arrears for state or local taxes, or the payment of tax arrears must have been deferred in accordance with law. The bidder must also confirm that no false information has been submitted in the procurement procedure and that no material information has been omitted.

The bidder’s average annual turnover for the last three years must be at least EUR 1.2 million. The bidder must have successfully completed at least 2 software development projects in the last 3 years that are comparable to this tender in content or technical complexity. For those 2 projects, the bidder must provide the project name, a short description of the work, the client’s name, the project period and the bidder’s role. The bidder must also be able to provide a project team with at least these roles: project manager, software architect, systems analyst, DevOps engineer, backend developers, frontend developers and QA/tester. One person may cover multiple roles. The technical solution must be described in 1–3 pages, and the project price offer must be submitted without VAT in the structure required by the evaluation sheet. The bidder must confirm compliance with the required offer structure and submit CVs for the project team.
