Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive energy-efficient renovation of the building. The works include creating a new thermal envelope, replacing the windows with energy-efficient ones, adding an external thermal insulation system to the façades, and insulating the basement and attic ceilings from below. To install the basement ceiling insulation, all tenant partitions in the basement must be completely dismantled, tenant property must be removed and stored temporarily, and then reinstalled after completion of the works. The objective of the renovation is to achieve EH55 standard.
