Summary

The tender concerns the installation of low-voltage systems, including the fire alarm system, in a laboratory and office building. The works also include cable routing systems, cables and lines, fire protection for cable installations, door communication system, escape door technology, disabled toilet call system, fire alarm control panel, about 300 detectors, fire brigade peripherals, building radio system, fibre-optic and copper transmission network, 6 server racks with active cooling, 12 data distribution cabinets, Cat.7 data distribution network and network sockets. Work must start within 12 working days after receipt of the contracting authority’s instruction and must be completed within 394 working days after that deadline. The tender must also include W+M design planning at least 6 calendar weeks before construction starts.
