Framework agreements for urban development planning

Summary

The tender concerns framework agreements for urban development framework planning and structure concepts. Up to ten framework agreement partners will be selected. The contracts will create an expert pool through which districts, municipalities, their subsidiaries and other public-sector entities in North Rhine-Westphalia can commission such planning without running a separate procurement procedure. The framework agreements are concluded for two years.
