Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice lists the standard exclusion grounds: participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences and money laundering; enabling work for a foreign national staying in the country without a legal basis; illegal use of child labour and other forms of human trafficking; tax, fee or social security contribution arrears; and the EU sanctions restriction on subcontractors and suppliers linked to the Russian Federation. The bidder must confirm these points. The exact wording and any proof requirements should be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
During the 36 months before the start of the procurement, the bidder must have completed at least one catering services contract worth at least EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. The contract must have been completed from April 2023 up to the deadline for publication of the contract notice. The bidder must provide the contract value, the date of signature and information on the other contracting parties; in a public procurement, the reference number must also be stated. If the exact qualification or compliance requirements need to be checked, the tender documents must be consulted first.
